The Executive Mayor of Randfontein Local Municipality, His Excellency Alderman Zeph Mhlongo issued 10 selected beneficiaries with title deeds on the 19 August 2010. In total 70 Title Deeds will be issued, the area(s) that were covered include the old Toekomsrus Self Help Scheme.
