Notice is hereby given that the Randfontein Local Municipality has, in terms of Sections 4 and 11(3) of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 0f 2000) and the Property Rates Act, 2004 [Act No 6 of 2004] resolved at its Special Meeting held on 28 May 2009, that the following general assessment rates is to be levied in respect of the 2009/2010 financial year on rateable property recorded in the valuation roll:
